Job summary

Intepros is seeking a Health Informatics Specialist to support ED and ASAP module workflows. This remote-hybrid role collaborates with clinical, technology, and digital teams to identify opportunities and design future-state workflows.

The ideal candidate has Epic experience, strong healthcare analytics, and expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and change management to drive adoption and optimize implementation.

Remote with occasional travel to Philadelphia

This role will support a growing portfolio primarily focused on Epic ED and ASAP module workflows

The ideal candidate brings:

• Epic experience
• Strong ambulatory and inpatient healthcare experience
• ED/ASAP and patient-facing workflow knowledge
• Expertise in current-state/future-state workflow analysis
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
• Experience with healthcare technology implementation and optimization
• Change management and stakeholder engagement experience
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into practical technology solutions
• Comfort working with emerging technologies and evolving AI use cases
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

You’ll work closely with clinical, technology, and digital teams to identify opportunities, design future-state workflows, support implementation, and drive adoption.

Hybrid role with some onsite work based on project needs-potentially a few times per month.
