Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with workflows and environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT expert across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance, privacy, and security decisions.
