Qualifications

• 10+ years in application design and development, with senior cloud architecture experience
• Experience leading architecture decisions and DevSecOps implementations
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern SDLC practices
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and data modeling concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive contexts

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership for IT Public Health teams and vendor partners
• Define and drive SDLC, DevSecOps, and architecture standards across enterprise applications
• Mentor teams, guide design decisions, and ensure code quality with scalable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and timelines
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to evolve into production-ready systems
