Life Time Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Cook to join a health-minded, fast-paced Bistro team that serves our members with industry-leading healthy food options.

You will produce menu items according to recipes in a timely manner while upholding strict food safety standards. The role involves assisting with the flow of food at sandwich and salad stations, maintaining cleanliness, and following recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand and move around cafe for extended periods.
• ServSafe certification within first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily needs for the Bistro, including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food.
