Job summary

OID Health Exchange seeks a technology director to lead the Exchange’s IT vision and programs in Oklahoma. You will advise the executive team, shape policies, assess system needs, and oversee security, risk management, and vendor partnerships.

The role requires a decade of leadership in healthcare technology, a BS in CS or related field, and a preference for an advanced degree or relevant certifications. On-site work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Ten years of leadership experience in healthcare technology is required.
• Master's degree and/or relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., PMP, CISSP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology advisor to the Exchange executive staff.
• Develop and implement IT programs, policies, and system capabilities for the Exchange.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Oversee information security, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead software development lifecycle efforts and maintain coding standards.
