Job summary

You will participate in determining staffing levels, maintain open communication with leadership, and uphold a patient- and family-centered model of care while ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in an administrative or community-based healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2+ years direct experience working with patients, clients, or community members.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two team members and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with direct leader and leadership team to assign tasks and reach department goals.
• Participate in determining program staffing levels and needs, adjusting when approved.
