Job summary

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles seeks a Division Administrator to oversee administrative functions for several Divisions. The role includes financial management (budget, grants & contracts), personnel management, program coordination, and quality improvement to align with hospital goals.

You will work closely with Academic Affairs at CHLA and USC, the CHLA Medical Group, CHLA administration, AltaMed, and the SABAN Research Institute to coordinate division grants and contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare field.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions for several Divisions.
• Manage budget, grants & contracts, personnel, program coordination, quality improvement, and service.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs at CHLA and USC, the CHLA Medical Group, CHLA administration, AltaMed, and SABAN Research Institute administration regarding the division’s grants and contracts.
