Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical supervision for a work area or unit.
• Collaborate with the Manager to implement plans addressing performance and quality improvement, patient care delivery, and satisfaction.
• Develop systems to ensure efficient workflow and collaborative relationships with physicians and interprofessional team.
• Maintain open communication with manager regarding patients, family, personnel and departmental issues.
