Job summary

ProwessIT Solutions LLC is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead for a remote contract-to-permanent role in the United States. Drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for health transformation while providing technical leadership and mentoring delivery teams.

The role balances hands-on implementation with guiding architectural decisions and strategic vendor engagements.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, SOQL/SOSL.
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flow & Platform Automation
Service Cloud and Health Cloud
REST APIs and Salesforce integrations
FHIR/HL7 integrations
Event-driven architecture (Kafka)
Data Cloud experience preferred
Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge (claims, case management, workflow automation).
Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
