Qualifications

Eight+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers.
Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR systems.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and data security.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and data models.
Develop Apex classes, LWC, and Flows; lead code reviews and CI/CD deployments.
Configure and test Agentforce agents, prompts, and RAG patterns.
Ensure observability, guardrails, and compliance in production.
Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects across release management.
Travel as required.
