Accenture is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect/Developer with extensive Health Cloud expertise for a hybrid role in the US, including Chesterbrook, PA. Expect leading architecture efforts, guiding DevOps setups, and overseeing multi-team deliveries to solve complex client challenges.

You will work with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and related tools, mentoring teams and engaging with client leadership to design scalable health IT solutions. 3 days in office, multiple US locations.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
3+ years with Salesforce Health Cloud and related certifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture activities and mentor teams.
Manage multiple onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
Own deliverables within the workstream and drive successful completion.
Provide expertise in Salesforce development, MuleSoft, and DevOps setups.
