Qualifications

• 7+ years of self-funded health care experience.
• 7-10 years sales and/or account management experience in health care.
• Current Health & Life license.
• Experience with carrier, TPA or broker account management.
• History of client account retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an Account Executive team to build partnerships with book of business.
• Retain customers, drive growth, and execute cross-sell and renewal initiatives.
• Provide training and direction to the account team and coordinate goals.
• Monitor performance measures and allocate resources to meet service expectations.
• Attract, select, and retain top talent; coach staff on renewal processes and call handling.
• Communicate with internal and external parties and travel for in-person meetings.
