Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare account management or related field.
• Experience leading national accounts or large, complex customers.
• Strong understanding of healthcare benefits, financial performance, and service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across the team.
• Oversee customer strategies focused on retention, growth, financial performance, member experience, and client satisfaction.
• Identify customer and portfolio risks early and lead mitigation plans.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer and consultant leaders.
• Participate in strategic planning, renewal negotiations, and executive presentations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues and implement strategic initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of portfolio performance and deliverables.
• Promote collaboration and best practices across teams.
