Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Client Service Director to lead an Account Executive team, strengthening client partnerships, driving retention and growth, and guiding cross-sell initiatives. The role requires 7+ years in self-funded health care with 7-10 years in sales/account management and a current Health & Life license.

The position offers a base salary plus eligibility for sales commissions, involves travel to offsite locations, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of self-funded health care experience.
• 7-10 years sales and/or account management experience in health care.
• Current Health & Life license.
• Experience with large national size clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages an Account Executive team to build partnerships and achieve satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Oversees training, direction, staffing and project coordination for the sales department.
• Monitors performance measures and allocates resources to meet service expectations.
• Attracts, selects and develops talent; coaches staff on renewal processes and teamwork.
• Identifies opportunities to increase customer and broker satisfaction and efficiency.
• Organizes product training and development seminars and travels for in-person meetings.
