CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Client Service Director to lead an Account Executive team, building strong partnerships with customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth. The role includes cross-sell initiatives and coordinating training across departments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in self-funded health care, extensive sales/account management experience, and a Health & Life license.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Self-funded health care experience.
• 7-10 years sales and/or account management expereince in health care.
• Current Health & Life license.
• Previous client management experience with carrier, TPA or account management with broker experience.
• History of successful client account retention rate and revenue growth.
• Experience with large National size clients is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Leads and manages an Account Executive team.
• Builds strong personal and collaborative partnerships with an assigned book of business.
• Achieves customer satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth.
• Executes cross-sell and conversion initiatives.
• Oversees training and direction to the account team and provides effective training materials.
• Monitors performance measures and allocates staff resources to meet service expectations.
• Travels to offsite locations for in-person meetings.
