Associated Bank seeks a Health Benefits Business Development Officer to grow employer relationships around HSA and health benefit solutions. You will use a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions and expand market share.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of B2B sales and client relationship management, plus willingness to travel and obtain internal certifications within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions.
• Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams.
• Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services.
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities.
• Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offerings.
• Ensure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policies.
