Required are a Business degree, 6–8 years in sales culture development, and 2–4 years of B2B sales, plus licenses/certifications within 3 months of hire. Minneapolis-based role with strong opportunity for impact.

• 6–8 years shaping sales culture and processes in benefits space.
• 4–6 years leading sales development teams to meet goals.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Life & Health Insurance License within 3 months of hire.
• HSAe certification within 3 months of hire.
• CFC certification within 3 months of hire.

• Lead and coach Health Benefits sales team to achieve new business and cross-sell goals.
• Develop and implement sales processes, disciplines, and performance metrics.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
• Oversee sales training, development, and certification programs.
• Set performance goals, incentives, and sales scorecards to drive revenue.
• Provide pricing guidance and review pricing exceptions within authority.
• Collaborate with analytics partners to optimize tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
