Associated Bank is seeking a Health Benefits Sales Manager to lead a national sales team focused on HSA and health benefits solutions. You will coach, develop and optimize sales processes while partnering with internal banking teams and external partners to grow revenue.

You will also lead pricing strategies, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with data analytics to forecast and report results, shaping a high-performing, results-driven culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business required.
• 6-8 years leading sales cultures and implementing processes.
• 4-6 years leading sales development teams.
• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Licenses/certifications to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
