Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members, delivering courteous, accurate assistance on benefits, claims and eligibility. This full-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX offers $18.00 per hour plus a quarterly bonus, with training Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm CST and 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST.

You will document notes, support issue resolution, and uphold service metrics while working

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related work experience.
• Inbound call center experience in health insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program successfully.
• Answer inbound calls from providers and members.
• Provide resolution for questions about benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Document notes of each call to ensure information is saved.
• Adhere to customer service metrics: AUX time, hold time, staff time, talk time, quality.
• Handle callbacks and escalations as necessary.
