Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, TX. You will handle inbound calls from providers and members, resolving questions about benefits, claims and eligibility while maintaining accurate call notes.

The role requires 0–1 year of related experience, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. A four-week training program is provided, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related work experience in a call center.
• Inbound call center experience in health insurance preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers and members.
• Provide resolution for benefits, claims and eligibility questions.
• Document call notes for data accuracy.
• Meet customer service metrics (hold time, talk time, etc.).
• Handle callbacks and escalations as necessary.
