Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Minimum five years in the group medical insurance field.
• Experience in Health plan administration and payroll cycle benefit plans.
• Life and Health Agent's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-line client relationships, including HR leadership, Brokers, and executives.
• Analyze benefit plans, recommend strategies, and ensure high service levels.
• Drive client retention and upsell Fringe Benefit Group products where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Billing, Product, and Claims teams on renewals and projects.
• Lead data-driven enrollment management, billing changes, and plan changes.
