Delta Dallas in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Benefits Account Executive/Client Manager to join their team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on client service rather than sales.

You will lead implementations, renewals, open enrollment, RFPs, and on-site client presentations, while coordinating with executives to ensure ACA, 5500, HIPAA, COBRA, and Section 125 compliance. Candidates should have 5+ years in mid-market groups and experience with self-funded plans, maintaining 13–15

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years with mid-market groups 100–1000 lives.
• Must have self funding plan experience.
• Strong compliance background - ACA, 5500, HIPAA, COBRA and Section 125.
• Experience partnering with executives and presenting to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for all implementations, renewals, open enrollment, etc.
• Take the lead on the RFP process and onsite client presentations.
• Onboard new clients and ensure compliance and ACA requirements.
