Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks an Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager for a hybrid role based in Maitland/Tampa area. You will manage service and retention for middle to large market group benefit accounts, coordinate renewals, and support implementations and enrollments with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Producers and Benefit Consultants, maintain client files, and ensure timely, accurate materials and communications.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Florida 2-15 health license or equivalent
• 2+ years account management in insurance
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Aufgaben

• Manage service and retention for middle to large market health and benefits accounts.
• Handle daily client inquiries and correspondence.
• Assist Producers in gathering information for new/renewing groups for marketing.
• Support implementations, intake forms and enrollments.
• Maintain organized workflows and up-to-date electronic client files.
• Lead renewal calls and paperwork; ensure carrier accuracy and timelines.
• Produce accurate materials and audit work to minimize errors.
• Maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Leverage carrier partners to resolve client issues and support retention.
• Stay informed on coverages, guidelines, underwriting and legislative changes.
• Support administration, billing, claims questions and problem solving.
• Project manage Employee Navigator/Plan Source builds for Open Enrollment.
• Counsel clients on Form 5500, COBRA, ACA reporting deadlines and notices.
• Keep abreast of new products and regulatory changes.
• Undertake other duties as requested by management.
