Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in Dallas to support the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) team. This full-time, grant-funded role requires organizing schedules, meetings, and events while maintaining project documentation and dashboards.

The position allows home-based work and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 3+ years in administrative or project coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office,

Administrative and/or project coordination experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, scheduling meetings and events, tracking metrics, coordinating materials and documentation.
Provide scheduling and administrative support to program leadership, including calendar coordination and meeting invites.
Develop and maintain information in CRM and event software.
Handle invoices, expenses, and volunteer reimbursements.
Coordinate virtual and in-person meeting logistics, communications, and registrations.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
