Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, grant-funded role with an anticipated end date of 6/30/2028 and the option to be home-based.

You will coordinate implementation science initiatives, manage meetings and documentation, and support stakeholder engagement across health systems and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Coordinate corporate events, both in-person and digital.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM or database experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling internal, external, and cross-team meetings and in-person events, managing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking metrics.
• Develop, input, and maintain information in CRM and event-specific software.
• Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices and processing expenses.
• Support virtual and in-person meeting logistics and technology, including trainings and events.
• Coordinate communications and onboarding materials for new sites and affiliations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Assist with development of program materials and resources stored in SharePoint.
