Job summary

The American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, grant-funded role supports implementation science initiatives, coordinating meetings, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth program operations.

The position can be home-based with access to Heart U and training resources; funding expires 6/30/2028 with potential extension. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Administrative expertise with clerical/data management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Coordinate corporate events both in-person and digital.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM/PM/database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and capturing notes and action items.
• Develop and maintain information in CRM and event-specific software.
• Handle invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support virtual and in-person meeting logistics and technology.
• Coordinate communications with health systems and onboarding of new sites.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and status updates.
• Create and organize program materials and resources in SharePoint and other platforms.
