Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of project management experience with timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of data storytelling and identifying trends with Excel and other reporting tools.
• Experience in outpatient health care or public health, including quality improvement and program development.
• Experience creating engaging presentations, infographics, tutorials, and professional education documents.
• Comfort with clinical quality measures, process improvement, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with PowerPoint/Word/Canva.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, consult, and analyze clinical, operational, and program data needs to identify problems and opportunities.
• Engage with clinical leadership and partners to advance quality improvement initiatives.
• Operationalize data collection, validation, reporting, and QA with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Support Health IT enabled program functions including data submission processes and workflows.
• Analyze trends and feedback to inform recommendations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to align Health IT and program priorities.
• Lead or support national virtual workgroups, meetings, and program development activities.
• Communicate progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables to leadership and teams.
