Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably supporting senior/executive-level management.
• Proven ability to work quickly and independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Greater Houston team and SVP/Executive Director.
• Lead on database management and data quality checks using CRM and event software.
• Manage accounting, financing, and reporting tasks including processing checks/donations and donor pledges.
• Assist with budgeting processes, tracking, and reporting.Support donor communications and relationship management.
• Maintain orderly filing systems for correspondence and documents and assist with monthly accounting calls.
• Prepare written profiles and reports synthesizing donor backgrounds and giving history.
• Draft general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, and spreadsheets.
