The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities ranging from calendar management to maintenance, programming, and community partnerships. Immediate start and on-site work are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Healing Hub operations to keep the space safe, welcoming, organized and community-centered.
• Maintain opening/closing routines, cleanliness, safety, and facility procedures.
• Manage Hub calendar, room usage, and programming schedule for community access.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and resources; identify facility needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate staff, interns, volunteers, and program staff; ensure coverage during events.
