Job summary

Detroit Recovery Project seeks a hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support maintenance, safety, and daily operations across Wayne and Oakland Counties. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, manage documentation, oversee inventory, and coordinate vendors and contractors to keep DRP locations safe and compliant.

The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires regular travel between DRP sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related facilities experience or similar role.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between DRP locations in Wayne and Oakland Counties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across multiple DRP locations.
• Assist Facilities Manager with maintenance schedules and improvement projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and organizational projects.
• Maintain maintenance logs and compliance records.
