Job summary

Central City Health in Detroit is seeking an RN Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, staffing, and patient access initiatives. This role partners with clinical leadership to optimize workflows while maintaining emphasis on non-clinical operations and workforce management.

The position requires an active Michigan RN license, BLS, and at least 3 years in healthcare operations or staffing.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare operations or staffing/scheduling management experience.
• Experience with front-desk/patient-access operations and coverage planning.
• Ability to work with non-clinical leadership while collaborating with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day staffing, scheduling, and coverage for Patient Access Representatives.
• Extend staffing oversight to RN and Medical Assistant staff as clinical operations expand.
• Serve as site escalation point for front-desk operational issues and coverage gaps.
• Coordinate backup coverage with Call Center Supervisor across sites.
• Escalate nursing-practice questions to Nursing Director when needed.
• Report site-level metrics to Chief Reimbursement & Front-End Operations Officer.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director’s staff on operational support for clinical workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by organizational leadership.
