Job summary

CCFBank in Wisconsin is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and open/close customer accounts. This fast-paced, team-oriented role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through banking products and services.

The ideal candidate has a customer-service mindset, effective communication, and a willingness to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
Two years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
Two years of customer service experience.
Combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to perform duties.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance across branch operations including teller, new accounts, vault, safe deposit, and lending.
Assist customers in selecting accounts and financial services; present cross-sell opportunities.
Process deposits and verify documents in accordance with banking policies.
Open and close vault daily; assist in balancing vault currency and coin.
Open deposit accounts, handle funds, and obtain receipts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
