CCFBank in Wisconsin is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and open/close customer accounts in a fast-paced branch environment. You will be a key part of a collaborative team supporting customers with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Two years of experience in financial services.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide services across branch operations including teller, new accounts, vault, and lending.
• Assist customers in selecting accounts and financial services; present cross-sell opportunities.
• Process deposits and ensure documents meet policy; determine funds availability.
• Open/close vault daily and balance currency and coin as applicable.
• Open new deposit accounts and prepare documents for processing; verify funds and obtain receipts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
