Qualifications

• EEC PS Teacher certificate required.
• Degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and follow SMOC Head Start philosophy and regulations.
• Runs and facilitates classroom, preparing a learning environment that supports each child's development.
• Maintains compliance in the classroom and creates a positive environment for the team.
• Communicates regularly with staff and families and attends meetings and trainings.
• Ensures health and safety policies are followed and maintains accurate records.
