The Maryland Rural Development Corporation (MRDC) is seeking a Head Start Teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans for preschool children, collaborating with the Site Supervisor and MRDC team.

Responsibilities include delivering developmentally appropriate curricula, referring children for special needs evaluations, and implementing behavior plans and IEPs with families and professionals, while maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise children at all times and implement positive behavior management strategies.
