Job summary

NACOG is seeking a Head Start Program Analyst to monitor and analyze program operations for compliance across multiple service areas in Arizona. The role focuses on data collection, reporting, and collaboration with community partners to support child and family needs.

The position emphasizes training, policy adherence, and recruitment support to ensure enrollment of eligible children and families. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Child or Human Development, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
• OR three years of Head Start program experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents operations and records across program service areas to ensure compliance.
• Collects, analyzes, and submits monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborates with staff and community agencies to identify community resources.
• Facilitates staff training to promote professional development and compliance.
• Assists in developing and evaluating service areas and program goals for compliance and quality.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring personnel actions.
• Assists in recruitment to enroll eligible children and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
