Job summary

Under general supervision, you will collect and analyze data for monthly reports, coordinate staff training, support recruitment, and help develop program goals. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in a related field or 3 years Head Start experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Child or Human Development, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or related field.
• Alternatively, three years of Head Start program experience.
• Ability to monitor and document program services across Head Start compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document operations and recordkeeping across program service areas to ensure compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with staff and agencies to identify community resources.
• Coordinate staff training to promote development and compliance.
• Assist in developing program goals and in recruitment activities.
