Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents operations and recordkeeping to ensure program compliance.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data for monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborates with staff and community agencies to identify resources for children and families.
• Facilitates staff training to promote professional development and compliance.
• Assists in developing program goals, personnel actions, and enrollment activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
