Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years Head Start experience required.
• Background in Child/Human Development or related field preferred.
• Ability to interpret program requirements and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document operations, activities, and recordkeeping to ensure program compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with staff and community agencies to identify resources addressing child and family needs.
• Facilitate staff training to promote development and compliance.
• Assist in developing and evaluating service areas and program goals.
