Job summary

Socket.dev in Winslow, AZ is seeking a Head Start Compliance Analyst to monitor and analyze program operations, ensuring compliance across all service areas and accurate monthly reporting. This role works under general supervision to uphold Head Start standards and NACOG policies.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with staff and community partners, coordinate staff trainings, assist in program design and goal setting, and support recruitment and enrollment efforts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Child or Human Development, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or related field; and one year of Head Start experience
• Or three years’ Head Start experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents the operations, activities, and recordkeeping of all program service areas to ensure program compliance
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets information and data for monthly monitoring reports
• Collaborates with staff and community agencies to identify community resources that address child and family needs
• Facilitates and coordinates staff training to promote professional development and ensure program compliance and consistency
• Assists in developing and evaluating the Service Areas and Program goals and objectives
• Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of personnel actions
• Assists in the program’s recruitment activities to ensure enrollment of eligible children and families
