Job summary

NACOG is seeking a program monitor to ensure Head Start compliance across multiple service areas and to analyze data for monthly reports. You will collaborate with staff and community partners to identify resources and coordinate staff training to maintain high-quality services.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent Head Start experience, plus 1 year (or 3 years) of Head Start experience. Travel is minimal and physical requirements are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field with Head Start experience, or three years Head Start experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Familiarity with Head Start standards and program compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and document records across program service areas for compliance.
• Analyze data and prepare monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to identify community resources and coordinate training.
• Support recruitment to enroll eligible children and families.
