Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to oversee birth to five Head Start services, including ERSEA, Health, and childcare partnerships oversight and contract administration. This role focuses on operations, self-assessment, community assessment, and annual public reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Early Childhood Education Administration, or a related degree with 18 credit hours in Management, Business, or Early Childhood Education Administration.
• Five years of management experience.
• Driver license and reliable vehicle for job use.
• Successful background check and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned service areas to support program needs and goals.
• Attends leadership and board meetings as appropriate.
• Maintains relationships with federal, state and local agencies.
• Plans and facilitates leadership team meetings and uses ChildPlus for reporting.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, licenses and contracts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
