Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Early Childhood Education Administration, or related with 18 credit hours in Management/Business/ECED Administration.
• Five years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned Head Start service areas and monitors program delivery and goals.
• Maintains relationships with federal, state and local agencies; supports data collection and monitoring systems.
• Plans and facilitates Leadership/Management Team meetings and uses databases to evaluate program data and outcomes.
• Supports funding applications and manages budgets and grants in collaboration with program leadership.
• Establishes relationships with community partners and attends relevant meetings; oversees staff training and development.
