Job summary

The Maryland Rural Development Corporation (MRDC) seeks a Head Start Teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans for preschoolers aged 3–5, working with the Site Supervisor and MRDC team.

Responsibilities include delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining child portfolios, and collaborating with families, schools, and mental health professionals to create inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum.
