Luzerne County Head Start is seeking a Center Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of assigned Head Start centers and to motivate and direct staff in alignment with the program's philosophy and policies. This full-time, 10-month position runs August through June, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of $37,410 per year plus a 5% bilingual premium.

Qualifications

• Requires current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal regulations.
• Record check approval of driving record required by insurance provider.
• Proof of degree/certification and experience to meet qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the overall operations of assigned Head Start centers and maintain all center activities.
• Motivate, guide and direct the Head Start staff at the center level in accordance with Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. philosophy and policies.
