Job summary

Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. in Wright Township, PA is seeking an experienced Center Operations Manager to oversee overall operations of Head Start centers and guide staff in alignment with the program's philosophy and policies.

Requires an AAS Degree in Administration/Child Development or related discipline, three years of child care experience, and management experience. Full-time, 10-month position, 37.5 hrs/week, $37,410/year with a 5% bilingual pay premium.

Conditions of Employment
Luzerne County Head Start requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal regulations. Position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function. Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position.
