Requires an AAS Degree in Administration/Child Development or related discipline, three years of child care experience, and management experience. Full-time, 10-month position, 37.5 hrs/week, $37,410/year with a 5% bilingual pay premium.

Qualifications

• AAS Degree in Administration/Child Development or related discipline.
• Three years’ experience in child care setting.
• Related management and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of assigned Head Start centers and maintain all center activities.
• Motivate, guide and direct the Head Start staff at the center level in alignment with Luzerne County Head Start, Inc.'s philosophy and policies.
