Job summary

Luzerne County Head Start is seeking a dedicated advocate to support Head Start families and connect them with community resources. The role emphasizes working with parents to strengthen knowledge of available services in the community.

Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. requires staff to possess current, valid Background Clearances (3) per state/federal regulations. Proof of Degree/Certification and Experience Required to meet the Qualifications for position.

Full Time School Year position/10 months- August-June annually, with an established summer break between school years

Positions are Full Time, 37.5 hrs/wk
Rate of Pay: $19.11/hr Base Salary
For those who possess Bilingual Abilities (Eng/Spanish) – 5% additional pay
