Aquarian Holdings seeks a Hospitality & Workplace Experience Manager to design and implement workplace hospitality strategy, lead daily employee and guest experiences, oversee reception and concierge operations, and standardize service across offices. The role reports to the Director, Headquarters Workplace Services, and demands exceptional organization and proactive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in workplace hospitality, luxury hospitality, executive services, or related leadership.
• Experience leading reception, concierge, or other customer-facing service teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and evolve the firm's workplace hospitality and guest experience strategy across all locations.
• Lead Reception and Guest Experience teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Set service KPIs and development plans for hospitality staff.
• Ensure consistent hospitality standards and operating procedures across offices.
• Oversee end-to-end guest journey for executive, investor, and VIP visits.
• Manage conference services, catering, pantry programs, and workplace amenities.
• Build vendor relationships for catering, events, and workplace services.
• Partner with IT, Security, Building Services, and EAs to support daily operations.
• Support senior leadership in planning high-profile meetings and events.
• Develop operating procedures and training for hospitality functions.
• Lead process improvements across reception, guest services, and events.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and vendor performance.
