Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience lead to deliver concierge-level service and manage the office environment.

You will supervise reception, hospitality, meetings, events, and facilities to ensure a seamless, compliant workplace aligned with Blackstone standards. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and drive improvements using EMS, Cvent, Envoy and other tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading workplace or facilities teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendors with strong vendor relationships.
• Strong collaboration with internal partners and external service providers.
